Return & Exchanges

Please decide if you are completely satisfied with your MONTANAMILAN purchase before you remove any labels, seals, and tags.

You can return all products ordered from MONTANAMILAN.com within seven calendar days of the delivery date in their original vendor packaging, unused, unwashed, un-damaged, with all MONTANAMILAN tags/packaging still attached and with its original invoice. Returns charges are to be paid by the customer.

Condition of Returned Goods

  1. All products come with a label attached. Do not remove the label or relevant seal from the purchased products should you wish to return the purchased product.
  2. MONTANAMILAN.com will not accept returned products that are returned without the relevant label or seal or damaged tags, labels or seals.
  3. MontanaMilan will not accept returned items that have been altered from their original status worn, wash, damaged or in their original packaging.
  4. MONTANAMILAN.com expressly reserves the right to accept returns and issue refunds.

Return Condition and Procedures

  1. E-mail customerservice@montanamilan.com to request a Return Number. We will issue you a Return Number within seven calendar days of purchase. All returns are to be paid by the customer. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
  2. Fill in the return form with your Return Number and place it in the package with the item to be returned. Be sure to sign, date and enclose the Return Form. Return Form with Return Number is required for returns, refunds and exchanges.
  3. Return your package via the carrier of your choice, with return signature required. For your protection, you must insure the package for the value of the item enclosed. MONTANAMILAN.com will not be responsible for lost, damaged, stolen or otherwise misplaced items.
  4. Please ensure returned items are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have all their original MONTANAMILAN labels, packaging and forms.
  5. Please package the item(s) securely with all original packaging forms. Clearly print the Return Number in the outer packaging and provide your contact details on the return form inside the package.
  6. If you wish to return/exchange an item, clearly and accurately address the return label as follows:

  1. The refund will be equal to the amount of the price paid and in the original form of tender.
  2. When returning a gift you will only be issued a MONTANAMILAN Gift Card Number via email. No exchanges allowed.
  3. The currency exchange rate for the credit shall be the same as the currency exchange rate of the original debit and consequently you shall not lose out in terms of bank interest.

Exchange Conditions and Procedures

  1. MontanaMilan will gladly exchange purchased items for a MontanaMilan item(s) of equal value within seven calendar days of delivery in their original vendor packaging, unused, unwashed, un-damaged, with all MONTANAMILAN tags/packaging still attached and with its original invoice. Returns and delivery charges are to be paid by the customer.
  2. Exchanges may be filled with items on back order.
  3. Customer maintains a credit for the actual purchase price with MontanaMilan until exchange is processed or no longer than 1 year from initial purchase date.
  4. MONTANAMILAN.com expressly reserves the right to accept items for exchange, as well as the conditions of the exchange.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer and sale of products on our web site (MONTANAMILAN.com) the products purchased on MONTANAMILAN.com are directly sold by MONTANAMILAN.com.

 Warranties and Indication of Product Prices

  1. On MONTANAMILAN.com, we offer for sale luxury and top-quality products.
  2. The products offered for sale on MONTANAMILAN.com may not exactly correspond to the real garments in terms of image and colors because of the Internet browser or of the monitor used.
  3. Prices are subject to change.
  4. All products come with a label attached. Do not remove the label or relevant seal from the purchased products should you wish to return the purchased product.
  5. Should you decide to exercise your right to return purchased products, MONTANAMILAN.com will not accept returned products that are returned without the relevant label or seal or that have been altered from their original status, warn, wash, or damaged.

Shipping and Delivery of the Products

  1. Estimate delivery times are to be used as a guide only, form the date of dispatch. MONTANAMILAN is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance process.
  2. Please e-mail customerservice@montanamilan.com if you would like cost for delivery to other destinations outside the US.

Amendments and updates

The General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be amended from time to time, taking into consideration new laws and regulation but not limited thereto. The new General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be effective as of the date of publication on MONTANAMILAN.com.
